Our experience with the team at Boldera has been nothing short of incredible. From the start of our project Eric has guided us thoughtfully through the process of building our new home. The Boldera team has done a masterful job of designing our space to maximize practicality and also ensure the design is beautiful. We've appreciated how well they've kept us informed as we progress and have been a genuine partner in walking us through details and decisions to ensure we're well informed and are doing what's right for our project. Eric Rodrigues was the lead architect for our extension project consisting in a third floor addiction to our downtown townhouse. We worked with him and his firm for the conceptualization and project exploration phase aimed at establishing realistic cost estimates. We were working with a limited budget, and such parameter was taken into account in the design phase. ERS presented us with very interesting ideas and suggestions, was adaptable to change requests and personal preferences.

It has been a pleasure working with Eric and ERS over the past few months. Eric has been transparent and detailed from contract signing to final submitted permit drawings. Eric has communicated consistently, offered solutions but most importantly listened to our dream. Eric brought our ideas to reality and the final design is everything we envisioned. Eric has delivered our project plan on time and on budget and we are looking forward to our build. My wife and I had been talking about doing a large reno for many years but didn't know where to start. Our contractor recommended to check out Eric at ERS. After an initial phone call and a site visit they went straight to work and came back with a beautiful plan for our home. We found Eric to be easy to work with, very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions quickly. We were updated regularly on his progress and had meetings at every stage. He helped us through the engineering needs and all the red tape of the permitting processes. He took our vision for our home, combined his design expertise and helped open our eyes to all the possibilities available. The end result was exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't be happier. It was truly a pleasure to work with Eric and ERS Architecture.
