        I did an interview with their HR Consultant "Sandra Heymann" awhile back and I initially wasn't going to write a review but it was just so awful that I couldn't stop thinking about it and that I had to write about it to warn others. She was the most horrible and pretentious person I have ever talked to in my life. Constantly talking down to me the entire call. I have never in my entire life had an interview with someone so awful that I wanted to just close my laptop and leave the conversation. If this is the type of person representing ERA then good luck attracting people who aren't desperate and just need a job to avoid homelessness. She gives HR and recruitment a bad image and is the stereotypical "evil HR" that you see in comedy shows, except it's worst cause she's real.
