They downgraded the airport lounge program on Visa Infinite Cards, claiming that it's the same. There are no alcoholic drinks on lounges and missing major cities included on the previous program. When contacted, they completely neglected me. It's very disappointing and infuriating. Just wanted a decent experience with a couple of drinks before traveling. Now, I'm even considering switching to American Express. So sad they don't take into account the customer's needs.

Vanilla prepaid cards are a scam. Any prepaid card is. You don't spend it right away they take your money every month. I have had this happen to Wal-Mart, superstore, and other prepaid cards. This is not your money. Someone bought these cards to use whenever they feel. People should not be scammed by a multi billion dollar company. Stop this unlawful stealing

I had an experience today that made me see clearly that Visa is a not service oriented. I lost my card, and Visa refused to even file it as lost. They got someone pretending to be a manager, tell me to go to a bank and deal with it there. If I hadn't lost it in my apartment, I might be worried about the possibilities of damages whilst they made me feel like a liar. It is so sad to me that I even have to have a credit card...I only have it so I don't get mugged carrying cash. It makes businesses feel more secure, (ok, I get cash back on my spending). There's many questions when accepting/spending cash, even if it for a valid reason like You don't feel like dealing with some greedy, non-helpful anonymous card company, for anyone's convenience. I'm a crazy old lady. Who said I can even get to a bank? And to not stop or put a hold or deal with me because I didn't instantly answer your questions correctly, (no room for error), is absurd. Shame on you Visa. I only wish I could do something that would make you care.
