        not open 24h closed when the bank is closed which defeats the purpose

        You can never reach their hotlines. Last time I called I was put on hold for half an hour (see photo as proof, that number is for their wealth team). The longest wait time in record for me is 1 hour 20 minutes, still no answer. Sometimes I am just try calling to see if anyone picks up as I suspect their hotlines are fake, yet I can never last long enough to confirm.
