        I made an appointment at this branch to open a debit card account but the advisor that I had appointment with did not even show up. After ten minutes of waiting a financial advisor helped me but seemed like she knew nothing about the system. I don't know whether this is the case for other branches of TD but the employees at this branch are definitely unprofessional. They are not even trying to make you feel that you're being valued or respected as a client, and they are wasting your time&trust for no reason. Generally speaking, a very unpleasant experience for a new client who would've deposited much more money in her TD savings account but now decides never to visit this branch again. Employees are pretty polite though.
