TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

One of the slowest and most mediocre service. I cant believe that it will take over 40 mins to get international currency. While I understand that staff does their best all the time, there isnt a lot of people on that day when I went in so I dont understand the long wait times. This branch needs a serious overhaul of their customer service as its making customers wait for this much of time is unreasonable. Whenever I go for a currency exchange, their reason is theres an issue at the back, whatever that means. This has been the reason for years so when is this going to improve?

I am writing this review to highlight the exceptional Service that we received from TD PBA Njambi Warui My Mom has been a TD customer for many years she needed some assistance in setting up an appointment at the bank and asked that My Sister and I accompany her to the appointment The total time that we spent in Njambis office was approximately 35 or so minutes Njambi has excellent Customer service skills and TD Bank product knowledge Njambi paid extra attention to My Mom and explained the steps that had been required with patience while insuring that my Mom understood and was comfortable proceeding. For the TD Management team I would highly recommend that junior Employees or new employees have an opportunity to Shadow Njambi and learn from her. Having run large seat call centres I feel I know a thing or two about Customer Service And Njambi has what it takes while. 5 Stars Well Done

Part Four 7 months later and all the mistakes have been corrected ... Bank Manager sat with me ... corrected all of the incorrect transfer ..even the ones that were not at her branch ... so thank you ... changed review from one star to two star. Part One Made the mistake of not wearing my glasses and going to the bank at 5:55pm. I handed the teller a bank statement and requested a deposit well there was no deposit made into my account because she placed the money into another account .... I thought I was the one without the glasses! Huge mistake ... definitely not right. Trying to get Anyone on the phone ... And they're easy online services are not very easy I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes what a waste of time Part Two TD sent me a lovely automated message in response to this Google review telling me to go online and fix it myself and to call their hotline again for assistance ... still no success ... Part Three It continues to happen... this time money came into my account ... that was fun ... then money was transfer to pay someone's account with my same last name ... what is the point of the ATM card?
