I spend an hour on the phone waiting for customer support, but was told to come to a branch as the issue couldnt be resolved over the phone. I came to this branch and wasted 50 minutes of my time at this leaving disappointed with no results. The staff was not able to help me. I even asked to cancel my account at the end due to all headache and time wasted, but even this request was declined. A teller at a different branch (at king and Spadina) helped me within three minutes and no questions. Provide better training to people. Worst experience so far. Will never go back to this location.
