CIBC Foreign Currency ATM

Look for the up trains and you'll see a sign that says foreign currency atm, for usd had around a 10% fee rate so be aware of that

Super convenient but you pay for it. Ex rate are ofc bad but i paid for the convenience. On CIBC apps foreign cash order i was quoted 150 CAD for 100, at this ATM i was quoted 152 CAD for the same amount. So if you need a small amount, definitely great optionality especially if you are waiting for the train anyway. But for larger sums, do not recommend it. Plus, the locations is misleading, its not in the hallway to UP trains, its right on the platform of the UP train.

This machine in the SW corner of the GO Transit York Concourse of Union Station is NOT a "Foreign Currency" ATM, just a regular one. For a machine which offers Pound Sterling, US Dollars and Euros you must access the UP Express train station, one level up and to the northwest. Even the CIBC website appears to mix up the location of this ATM -- placing it close to the other [regular] machine on the York Street "bridge" between Goodlife and the Ontario Travel Centre.

Its a bit hidden away and took a keen eye to find. Find the starbucks, walk towards uncle tetsus and its on the way hidden in the corner

Good spot in the hall, but the machine can become really, really, really slow when there is an event going on. Good place to take money out to spent at the game.
