Very impressed by the professional legal services I've received from Ken Picov and his team. Have now worked with him on a few real estate deals and he has always been extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We were under some very tight timelines on one of the proceedings and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything finalized and prepared in time so that the deal could go through. I have been insulted by Ken and my experience with him is the worst I have ever encountered from any law firm. He judges you by your stature and I know this because the property in the same complex I had purchased. This similar unit was also was purchased by a physician and he cared to explain details of the contract for over 2 hours which for me he wouldnt even spend 10 mins.

I don't know why the rating of this firm is not high. Mr. Kleinberg is the only best real estate lawyer I've met so far in Canada. I had engaged several real estate lawyers in the past, without comparison I don't know how professional, responsive and helpful lawyer could be. Mr. Kleinberg is not only professional and knowledgeable (he knows the history and situation of the real estate matters and of course understands the law), but also responsive and attentive. I will recommend Mr. Kleinberg without any doubt and I will continuously engage him for all my future businesses. Also, big thanks for supporting staffs, including Lydia, also professional and responsive.
