        I called to make an appointment to have maintenance done on my hearing aid. Got a same day appointment. I was the only client in the store. Within a couple of minutes I was on my way with a working hearing aid, extra wax guards and a smile from the polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

        Avoid the doctor. When I entered the doctor's office, he remained glued to his computer screen, offered no eye contact, and was dismissive. Actually hushed me as I began to speak, and continued typing on computer. He HAD NO TIME to listen nor to diagnose accurately. No respect for patient's time. A useless appointment.
