Met with Rami and he walked me through the process, he was very professional, and comforting. He was empathetic and understanding, he asked the right questions, and listened carefully to my responses. I have great anxiety about getting my ears/hearing checked from my childhood experiences and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease during the entire testing and consultation.

Called on Rami twice today to try to fix a malfunctioning and very expensive Oticon hearing aid on an emergency basis. I was seen promptly by Rami on both occasions. At first, Rami thought the issue might be moisture-related. So, he dried the aid. A few hours later, the problem re-occurred. I left a message and Rami called back, despite his busy dispensary. I arranged to drop by again and Rami instantly saw me and replaced the receiver/speaker and threw in a package of new domes, without question. All of it, free of charge. The aid seems to be working fine now. Thank you, Rami, for your kind, prompt and generous service. I only discovered Rami today. I wish I had earlier. You have won a loyal customer. Thank you, again.
