Guan's Auto Service

I came in about 2 weeks ago for a broken exhaust; Mr. Guan was very quick at finding and diagnosing the issue. He provided an excellent quote, and a great source to the parts. He advised me of other issues with the vehicle, that are not important now, but should be repaired later. Within 2 days my vehicle was ready; wonderful service provided. Thank you Mr. Guan and team; I will definitely be back!

Extremely rude customer service. When calling to inquire about an issue and availability the owner flat out said "I won't touch that car" and hung up. Lucky they can pick and choose their business but for a neighborhood auto service I would have expected some form of communication skills.

Guan has been fixing my 4Runner for over 7 years now. He makes me feel safe in an older vehicle and always knows what needs to be done in order to keep it running well and looking good. Thank you for all youve done over these years.

We had an emergency with a dangerous flat tire. We came into the shop just before closing time. The staff was very helpful and immediately jumped in to assist. The issue was resolved quickly and the staff gave us lots of useful tips. Would highly recommend Guans.
