I really enjoyed to buy coffee and food at Forno culture but I got a really unpleasant experience with one of the staff, he is a guy with beard, he stays usually to serve people at the front, he is very unfriendly and not smiling human being who can spoil the whole impression of a great Italian place! My husband and me are regular costumers and we buy coffee there very often , sandwiches, desserts and we spend very often at this place a big chunk of money. My husband made a mistake, he ordered a cup of cappuccino instead of a latte and the cappuccino was very strong for me, and my husband asked to add milk, which is a regular service any respectable coffee shops, the barista refused to do so with free of charge.

Absolutely overrated and overpriced. Went there specifically due to the reviews and what a disappointment it was. Cappuccino was bitter, the beans were over roasted. When I got my takeaway cup, it was only half full. Really? For that price you cant give the full cup? Nor even close to what you expect from forno italian patisserie. What a shame

I have given this place so many chances I really wanted to enjoy their food, unfortunately every time Im disappointed. I will give them credit for their potato pizza which is usually okay. Their sweets though are terrible not even remotely tasty. I bought a $2 almond ameretti cookie today that was bitter and undercooked and It didnt taste anything like almonds which makes me wonder what was actually in it? The breads are average at best. Ive finally given up on your pricey lacklustre sweet and breads.
