If youre a black person dont go to this branch at all maybe all BMO branches are same. They will treat you like a dog. Here is what happened; I never had any bank accounts or services with BMO before this incident and I dont think I will. I applied online for a new personal bank account, I was asked to provide for personal information such as sin number, address, date of birth etc. I provided all information and at the end I received email telling me to visit one of BMO branches to confirm my identity and collect my debit card. I went to this branch and when I approached the teller, she was so disrespectful and didnt even bother to say hello. I told her Im here to confirm my identity. I gave her my DL and she looked me upside down for minutes. She looked my DL million times then she went somewhere inside the bank and came back and she asked me for another document though on email it says one piece of ID. I provided another ID and she took both IDs to someone else. Then a man comes and asks for third ID. I told him I dont have it with me. He then tells me to come with him and escorts out to just tell the security guard to kick me out. I wasnt rude at all. Maybe you think Im a homeless or some horrible person. But I am just a black man. I have a decent job and I dont have any criminal records. They were just unhappy to serve a black person. So, please avoid this branch and maybe BMO if youre a black individual. I have dealt with other banks like TD, CIBC and RBC and they were very welcoming unlike BMO. I regret providing my personal information to BMO.

Met with Mr. Fonston Lewis to get reimbursed for fraudulent transaction and he was extremely helpful. Previous employees were not very helpful!!

Probably one of the worst BANK branches ive ever seen. The queue was more then 10 people long with around 8-10 desks availble. Yet only 3 of the desks are being used and with somewhat experienced people.
