Not the good place I reach there with overpayments issue. There is supervisor name : Medha I ask her nicely if she can help us Replied it is your responsibility and you signed opened account. We do know why we are using account If your not able to help answer is No Dont needed to give lectures and responsibilities. Not going this place anymore.

After 2 weeks and numerous calls they finally called me back and I was able to make an appointment to meet with one of their reps. When I showed up to the appointment the rep was not there. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know. They are rude and unprofessional.

I am a current customer of National Bank. I decided to open an account with this bank in order to send money to my family in Cuba. The reason I have given 1 star on my review is because the bank hours of operation is inconvenience for customers that works 9am - 6pm like myself. For the last few days I have been trying to make an appointment and I have left several voice messages, but they haven't call me back. Oberall, terrible customer service. OverallO
