I really think its time to stop the rot and close this location. Not only have they reduced their operating hrs to only Monday to Friday but now you cant even access a cash machine btw 18:00 and 8:00. Waste of space

The worst branch hours I've ever seen. Unreasonable to be open 930am to 4pm. How am I supposed to use my home branch when I'm at work?

Thank you for the new opening hours! Very very pleased with the changes! Later opening on weekdays and opened on Saturday make a huge difference!

Stay as far away from Scotiabank as possible. Go with literally any other bank. Keep your money in your mattress. I simply applied for an Amex at the beginning of December. Every aspect of it was horrible. Then when they finally "shipped" the card to my home (weeks later), the card was "lost in the mail." The thing is, they ship two pieces of mail separately, on different days. They first send you the pin, then they send the card. NEITHER showed up. What are the odds two different pieces of mail getting lost? Weird, has never happened before! After the nightmare trying to get them to fix the issue, they sent it to the branch (said it would take 2 days and it ended up taking longer than a week). So finally today I received the call from the Assistant Manager Margarita, and I said "I'm coming now to pick it up." When I got there, there were 3 tellers working, assisting 3 customers. I waited 30 freaking minutes to see a teller. They then tell me that in order for me to take my credit card home, I need to speak with a FINANCIAL ADVISOR. There were NO FAs available and they tried telling me I needed an appointment for another day....to take my freaking credit card home!! They absolutely refused to help me until I cause a huge scene (not my finest hour) and told them if I don't get the card today I am cancelling and never doing business with this bank again. They BEGRUDGINGLY handed me the paper to sign and handed me the card. I cannot believe the lack of customer service from the very moment I applied for this credit card. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with this bank again. Stay very, very far away.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in to have my debit card replaced. The person that was helping me was also training someone, I got neither of their names. I can't remember why, but it came up in conversation that I have an account somewhere else that I do most of my banking from, but I receive my paycheck in my Scotia account and e transfer it to the other. My scotia account was in overdraft for the last week or so and I was basically shamed for this, automatic payments were coming from PayPal that I sometimes forget about - but that's my problem and it never stays in the overdraft for long. I was told (multiple times) that I needed to be paid else it go to collections (), which I reassured (each time) would be done the next day when my paycheck was deposited into that account. I was also told 'if you're not going to use your account you should just close it'... Which I will definitely do, especially after this experience. Thanks Scotiabank, it's been a great TWENTY THREE years banking with you. I hope you treat your newer clients better than the older ones.
