        Where in the world, the staff, asks a customer, what he/she is doing in the area??!!! That was not my branch... (Anyways we are in 2018) ...... but for safety reasons ask proper questions!! And, to confirm the client address from ths ID, the staff ask a client, OH YOU LIVE THERE! (ID) WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE????? Not prepared to deal with client been discreet.
