The bank tellers were absolutely rude and no helpful. They could have done what I've asked for in a minute but instead they didn't listen to what I was asking and booked an appointment with an advisor. I had to take 1 hour off from the work for the appointment. The advisor was helpful and nice though. But the whole experience was really disappointing.

Great banking experience today at this TD location. Genika who helped me today with my bank statement and accept my slightly torn note with new note. I found her very professional. Keep up the good work Genika! Thank you again for your help today.

It took 3 tellers on 3 different visits to give me a (hopefully) accurate date and method of contact for when my statements will be ready for pickup. Each time the quoted date was different. Unacceptable to tell me to come back in on a specific date/time when it's not ready - THREE TIMES. Complete lack of respect for a customer's time. Unhelpful to keep repeating the date instead of telling me how I will be contacted. Rude to talk over the me explaining how things should be done opposed to apologizing for the inconvenience. What's worse is this the business banking account and service that we're paying for. Just avoid. P.S. on my 2/3 visit teller completely ignored me in the middle of our conversation to talk OVER me with someone behind me. He was so distracted that i had to repeat myself and explain 6 times what exactly I was there for. It took an entire 10 minutes of conversation for him to cognitively process that I was picking up my business statements. Why else would I insert my business card?
