It was such a relaxing experience going through this new stage in life and my hair journey. My hair was damaged and falling out in the middle, so I decided to cut it off. Triston at Onyx Barbers was such a blessing. He saved some of the hair at the front and had such positive vibes and creativity. Thank you for the boost in confidence and the design. Blessings.

Im not going to be coming to this barbershop anymore. It seems to me that its worth it to make the longer drive to my original barber, after this atrocious cut. I asked the barber to give me a high-mid fade with a drop in the back. The fade that was given to me, was poorly executed. I walked out of there feeling like my man put a bowl on top of my head and cut the sides and called it a fade. Secondly the fade is just too low to be called a mid-high. Please see the pictures of this fade below. You can clearly see the lines of where this man cut, there is basically no fade. A fade is supposed to reflect a decreasing gradient in hair length from top to bottom. As you can see from the pictures, my hair goes from long to shaven short, very abruptly. My man didnt even attempt to blend the lines he made on my head. On top of this when i kindly asked him to fix the cut in specific spots he gave me attitude and refused to do it. Which indicates to me that the barbers here are lazy, dont care about the quality of their work or satisfaction of their clients and feel entitled even after outputting poor results.
