Absolutely horrified at how poorly and rudely Francesca treats her staff and customers

Warning to those in the LGBTQ2S+ community - this salon is not welcoming or accepting of our community, and they refuse to acknowledge those whose identities are not captured within the gender binary. The salon insists on gendering their services, and when I tried to avail myself to the service that was closest to my gender, they wouldn't permit it - and instead of allowing me to get a a "men's cut," they charged me the same price, and insisted on calling it a "senior's wash and dry," and tried to hide it from my by attempting to prevent me from getting my receipt (which listed what service they charged me for.) For the record, I went in with freshly cleansed hair, and had my hair neither washed nor blown out. For those of you who believe in spending your money in places where all people are respected, do not go to this salon. As for the cut, it was sooooooo incredibly bad, that I have had to book with a master stylist at another salon to try to correct all of the chunks that were cut out of my hair. Warning - don't go to this salon, whether it is because you believe in equity, or that you just don't want to have to wear a hat for the next three months. Service: Hairstyling

First time here for a cut and blowout. All of the staff were very friendly, the salon is beautiful and looks spotless. Will definitely come back

They did not listen to my daughter and really messed up her hair. No apologies or accountability afterward. Highly overpriced and unprofessional.
