Neptune did a great job with my haircut, my hair now has so much more volume, looks much healthier. Shes also given me the TikTok famous layered haircut - looks super trendy. Recommend!

Neptune is an artist! And so nice. The place is beautiful, and she is very talented and patient. Highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back.

I came in with a groupon and she asked if I had been here before? Which I said yes and stated that should be paying full price I told her that in the fine print in groupon said it can be re purchased every 6 months, I was there about 4 years ago, told you need deal with them to amend it. I told her I wanted the same colour highlights instead I come home and its a lot darker not happy at all! After she finished the colour she said would cut my hair after she does another customer, so I had to wait half an hour not happy with that, I travelled from the west end by transit spent 4 hours at the salon. So now I will have to get my colour done again at my regular hairdresser n 2 months Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
