Disappointing experience not because of the lack of technique (Im sure Nandi is a skilled hair artist) but the inability to follow requests and the absolute lack of empathy. I had shown Nandi multiple pictures of the hairstyle I wanted, and explained what I like and dont like. In the end, the haircut she gave me was much shorter than what I asked for. I was not able to see the progress very well because I was asked to take of my glasses. I wish I couldve stopped her. She not only did not acknowledge the fact that the haircut she gave is far from what I requested, but also told me that she is disappointed that I dont like the haircut. Its one thing to receive a bad haircut but another to be dismissed and made to feel like it was my job to validate the hair artist even when she failed to provide whats expected of her.

Love this salon. I have been going for years and have always had a great haircut and experience!
