I cannot say enough about this place! Beautiful ambience with beautiful staff. I came to Kait with a lash emergency (I accidentally ripped out half my lashes with an eyelash curler). She fit me in immediately and provided me with all the materials to make me look presentable. The LBLA everlasting linear is the best liner I've ever used and the REVIVE7 lash and brow serum has SAVED my lashes. I have went from 11 sad looking lashes to 52 lashes in only 3 weeks! Kait's professionalism and kind nature truly makes ever lash appointment enjoyable. Thank you LOKT and Kait for my beautiful lash extensions and for giving me my self confidence back . From the moment I walked through the door I was treated in the most welcoming and professional manner. I got my lashes done after sending in photos of what I was looking for. The lash tech spoke to me and recommended what she thought would be a better suited look and I completely agree. If youre looking for a friendly, luxury experience this is the place for you. Amazing work ladies.

DISHONEST/ EYE BROWS COMPLETELY DISSAPEARS Very unprofessional behavior, bad business ethics, and dishonest. I came to get nano eyebrows strokes. Within a week from the first service, the eyebrows completely DISSAPPEARED 100%-NOT FADED. I contacted them immediately on Instagram messages to share my concerns and even shared pict with them. They told me that was part of the process, and should "reappear" within 3weeks, I should wait until i go back for my touch up appointment, as they can't touch it during that process. 3 weeks later the eyebrows still did not re-appear and I communicated that with them, and my dissatisfaction. Fast forward the day of the second appointment, kait DID NOT ADDRESS my original CONCERNS at all. I asked her why did it disappeared, she told me I must have "PEED it out" of my system probably. Not owning up to it (she either went in too deep underneath the skin surface, or not deep enough for it to not show, or not accustom to work with brown skin tones ). Based on my concerns I shared with them and our conversation-including payment concerns, I was under the impression they are going to fix the issue when I go back. However, at the end of the service they charged me for "touch up" services. I asked them which touch up did they do, as the first one did not stay on and instructed me to go back on this day? The exact quote i got from them is, "whether it stayed on and or not, this appointment is for touch up... If anything I spent more hours than touch up for this service and only charging for touch up instead of original again". Indirectly admitting this is due to the mistake they made with the first one. They MANIPULATED me to wait until my second appointment and try to bamboozled me to pay for the second time on a mistake they made. And there is no guarantee the second one would even stay on past a week, even after care. I asked them if it happens again if they will charge me again, they told me we can discuss it when it happens- not address it again. $600 wasted basically. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone based on their poor business ethics. As a concern customer she should have tried to fix the initial problem, and not charge me for a services that did not stay on.
