Great first experience!!! Had a lash lift done and it came out amazing!!! Initially I had put a $50 deposit down to get my eyebrows done but due to unforeseen circumstances I could not afford to pay the remaining balance to get my eyebrows done and I felt so embarrassed. She was very understanding and she was fantastic in the sense that she allowed me to use the deposit for another service I could afford. I went with the lash lift and was really hesitant about it but OMG am I ever happy!!!! They came out amazing. Will definitely be coming back for other services in the future. Service: Lash lift

I went to San for microblading and she completely botched my eyebrows. I came in with obviously brown hair/ eyebrows and she used black ink on my eyebrows. Then she mis-shaped them as well. I told her right away I was unhappy and she told me to use salt water and retinol A. If she was really a professional she would know how to do emergency saline removal. She also told me they would fade in a year which they haven't! I've spent over $600 trying to remove them and they are still tattooed on my face. I waited and now I'm planning on pursuing legal action. I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from because San is not a qualified esthetician. Service: Microblading
