If I could I wouldve gave 0. I have had lip fillers for 400$ only lasted for 1Day after the swollen my lips went back to their natural shape a waste of money.

I responded to an ad calling for models for Juvederm cheek fillers with Nurse Adrian Giardetti and a Trainer from Allergan. The trainer left midway through the session because her shift was over. The Trainer was also filling out forms and asking me for my personal information while Adrian was injecting! Complete negligence! Unfortunately I have suffered facial irregularities due to the placement of the fillers. See picture attached. When I called the clinic to report it, all three managers including Anna, Zoe, and Oksana were dismissive and unprofessional. Now I am paying thousands of dollars to treat my temple deformities as Beauty Bar refuses to reimburse the costs. I didnt have veins popping out like those Star Trek characters, and now I still do EVEN after the filler was dissolved! I have been patiently trying to resolve the matter privately to no avail. Go somewhere that treats you with integrity if something goes wrong. Let me add that it was also difficult to get a hold of Adrian the next day when I could tell something wasn't right.

Worst customer experience. Called them twice during opening hours - never answered. Never called back. All the raving reviews must be from their own employees and friends.

I went to beauty bar two times. First time it was Yorkville Lower location. - Excellent a Services. Thats why I decided to buy a package for 3 hydrafacials. Second time I booked my appointment at Yorkville upper location. The front desk employee was very friendly and jovial. The aesthetician who did my hydra facial did a terrible job. She didnt communicate anything during the treatment. Only question she asked was are you okay with a stronger peel? I said yes. Thats all about it. I said thank you when I left and no response. Went to the front desk to see if I could book the next appointment and whats the after care. They sent me an email and I left. All this while there was big scar on my nose- no one brought it to my attention. Not the aesthetician nor the front desk employee. While commuting back to my place, I noticed tingling sensation on my nose and I opened up my phone camera to find out this big scar. I thought it will go away with the peeling. Didnt call them. Week after i went on a vacation and came back after that. Called them to inform that this is whats going on. Their response was why didnt you call the next day? Its been over 3 months. They have given me a permanent scar and I dont have any ways to get that removed. I would not recommend this place at all.
