I booked an appt online which gave me an option for 10am at the Patrick location. I arrived for 10am to see that the place opens at 1030. I waited for 50 minutes and there was still nobody in the building, lights were off. Either update your hours or dont allow appt bookings if you will not be at the location

I had a terrible experience here. The customer service is disgusting!!! There was only one worker and a few customers. I was asked to come back and when I did there was even more people but the lady reassured me I would be next. She then went to start another lady who came after me and was there with her 2 friends. And when I said something one of the friends started to complain and argue with me about going next while the worker said nothing. I was treated like an angry black woman being told to not be rude and calm down when all I did was respond so calmly and nice to what one of the friends was saying to me. I have been here multiple times before and never had an issue about anything, when the lady proceeded to do my brows she rushed and did it so fast making many mistakes. Never will go I go back here again!
