        Had a wonderful vitamin c facial. Lydia is amazing. Go early and enjoy the water therapies before your treatment.

        I did the Water Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. The Water Therapy consisted of a salt pool, hottub and steam room. The facilities are in need of an update as the age definitely shows but it's clean and all the staff are friendly and constantly cleaning. Shannon was my RMT she was awesome. She was communicative, explaining everything she was doing and massage was great. There was a banging sound for a portion of massage which was annoying but I guess couldn't be controlled.
