Ive finally found my salon. Im half black and Ive been struggling with my hair for years. Especially since it got brutally cut 6 years ago and nobody seemed to know how to handle it. Mimmo and Kim leave my hair looking like SILK and it lasts for months. Ive finally found somewhere I feel safe going. 10/10 especially if you have curly hair (but they handle straight hair amazingly too!) Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Prisma Hair Design with Mimmo and Kim. I was looking for a curly hair specialist in Toronto who I felt was highly experienced and knowledgeable, and the photos on Prisma Hair Designs Instagram page caught my eye immediately. I was able to book a consultation with Mimmo very soon after calling. During my consultation, Mimmo was very thorough in explaining his techniques, teaching me tips about my hair, and he was very clear upfront about pricing. But above all, he LISTENED! He did not speak over me and was respectful about my desired results. During my appointment, Mimmo and Kim were very friendly and kind. Mimmo, who was professionally trained by Ouidad, took the time to provide me with a skillful haircut and full head of highlights and lowlights. His expertise shone through as the results were beautiful. Kim clearly demonstrated styling techniques using Ouidad products on my hair that I will be using on my own at home. I referred my sister, who also loved her experience, and I definitely recommend Prisma Hair Design to anyone else looking to love their hair.
