This place isnt the same as it used to be pre-COVID. When I arrived, I wasnt greeted with a smile or a welcome, how can we help you . When I checked out, the price was higher than it should have been, and instead of politely fixing the issue, I was spoken to rudely, told to deal with the situation myself and speak to the manager, handed the phone to speak to the manager myself, and once the manager adjusted the price on the system, I was told by the lady that she didnt have time to deal with me and that she had a another customer that needed to catch her train, and that shes not the manager and she needs to deal with her client. Simply rude. (Not to mention after filing nails down - with dust everywhere - , fingers are then sprayed down, and so the bottom of your fingers just have wet, gritty remnants of the filings - until you have to ask for a paper towel to wipe your hands off). This place has changed for the worst post-COVID and I will not be returning. If there arent enough staff to deal with a change of pricing at cash, or a lot of attitude when I question the price,, maybe reconsider staffing and re-training in customer service. I had my hair cut/blown out with Aisya yesterday, and what an amazing experience it was. It was my first time going, but definitely not my last. She took the time to listen to me and offer helpful suggestions. She was really personable to talk to and mindful of my time given that I was on my lunch break. I will definitely be visiting them again as they are so close to my work and it was a lovely experience. I got so many compliments on the blowout when I went back to work. Service: Blowouts
