        Made appointment but that didn't seem to matter. Arrived and then had to wait 30 minutes while the staff finished doing each other's nails first before starting on mine. No music in the place, just an uncomfortable silence. Wish the staff had been more friendly. Not sure about the quality of the regular polish either - brands I've never heard of and it started chipping and flaking 2 days later.
