Very disappointing service from Kate M. We did colouring and it did not turn like what we discussed. To get rid of me she told me to go home, give it a few days and well redo it if I dont like it. Sure enough it still didnt look right and I came back at which point she kept repeating she doesnt know what to do, despite my explaining exactly what she can do. Such poor behaviour, everything I said she kept saying it wont work and just trying to make me leave. Finally she refused to do anything. I left. Took another stylist to fix her work. Fyi this is for a hair service that with tip was well over $500. I think she just forgets that stylists like her are a dime a dozen. *** Follow up to medullas reply: it was the owner of your salon, Luis, that recognized her mistake and fixed my hair when she refused to do anything and got up and walked away from me. Not another salon. Unsure why youre lying on top of everything. Service: Hair highlighting

Had my hair coloured by Kate and could not be happier! This salon is decorated BEAUTIFULLY. You can see how much thought and effort has been put in to the design. Every detail met to make their guests feel warm and welcome. The staff is incredibly talented and beyond friendly. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-of-the-line hair services in Toronto.

I am so incredibly thrilled with my hair! Avery was my colourist and she did the most beautiful job. She took the time to understand what I wanted with my hair - I gave her examples of what I had in mind and with her guidance and expertise she brought my hair dreams to life. I told her that I didnt want my blonde highlights to clash with my grey hairs and Avery gave me the perfect shade of blonde that blends in with the other tones in my hair. She also took the time to isolate my grey hairs so that they wouldnt be coloured over which I greatly appreciated. My hair looks beautiful and *feels* beautiful which is so important to me. Ive been to salons in the past that have left my hair looking and feeling damaged and this was definitely not the case here. The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. The music playing was at a comfortable level which I really appreciated. I can sometimes get a little overwhelmed when theres too much going on but I felt very relaxed here. Truly this was my first time going to a salon where I felt like the colourist cared about my opinion and brought my vision to life. I could not be happier. Ill definitely be coming back.
