I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who used keratin treatment service at Hair Play Beauty & Supply. Appointment was scheduled well ahead of time and for 6pm; we were on our way to attend 6pm appointment and at 5:45pm we received the message asking us to come earlier if possible. We arrived that 6 as scheduled, and appointment commenced. Stylist was polite but it appeared that she was in rush to finish for some reason. All went smoothly and well untill my wife noticed few days later that her hair is curling despite using recommend Cezanne shampoo and conditioner. She reached out to the stylist and explained what happened hoping that stylist would be able to resolve the matter, in fact resolution was not taken in consideration that would work for my wife. She offered to invite her to salon at the hours when my wife works, and not when my wife can attend. Regrettably, we decided to share this experience for others to know what to expect. My wife had keratin treatment done to her hair before and it successfully kept it for almost a year with correct care, but at different hairstylist who was unavailable at the moment she needed her hair done.
