A couple of my girlfriends recommended this salon to me and Im so thankful they did! There is an amazing team and set of stylists at Untitled. Mariana gave me a cut and style that I absolutely love and she really listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. Before my appointment Emily intercepted a phone call from me, as I was on my way to the salon and knew I wouldnt make it right on time because of some unexpected delays, and she went above and beyond to communicate with me and the stylist to help accommodate me. Such a great experience with Untitled and Ill definitely book with them again. Service: Hairstyling

I cant speak to the quality of the stylists. But I can speak to the experience we had trying to book an appointment for my very pregnant (38 weeks pregnant) spouse. Long story short, they will charge a cancellation fee (50%) if a pregnant woman books an appointment and has to cancel because they spontaneously go into labour and cant make the appointment. Unfortunately they have to respect the stylists time. Dont worry about how you make the pregnant mother feel about trying to make a hair appointment close to their due date. Keep up the good work guys. 1-star is probably unfair but the lady at the front was rude enough to warrant it.
