        I was a relatively regular customer here and honestly liked it there but I think the cancellation policy is way too harsh. To charge 100% of the price of the service is unfair to the customer. They do not offer any flexibility on this. A bit understandable though since they still get paid the same amount to sit there, so why would they want to accommodate? That experience has turned me away from going back again, especially since they are not cheap in the first place Services: Lash perms, Tanning
