Purchased two ion color brilliance permanent hair colours and one product came out GREEN at the end of the tube! After scooping out the weird colour and using the unaffected product on my roots, NOTHING TOOK. the colour I used on the rest of my hair took fine. Both the same brand and type of colour. I come in to the store showing them my BRIGHT ORANGE roots, CLEARLY proving that the product on the roots that came out green was expired or old product they were selling. AND DID NOT WORK. I would now have to purchase two more tubes and would not be able to blend the colours as planned NEARLY as easily. I AM SO UPSET THEY RUINED MY HAIR The manager told me nothing could be done as she did not know if I used the product correctly or not - I CLEARLY DID as the second colour took as planned and as advertised. ZERO solution offered and now I have to spend MORE MONEY to correct their faulty product. Upon asking where the manufacturing date was on the box, I was told if you dont see it its not there WOW. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Not sure if this is new management but I will not be returning to this location. EVER.

I have bleached and dyed my hair many times but a while ago I dyed it brown but part of it still looked bleached so I wanted to dye it brown. I went to this store and one of the employes Color matched my hair to a hair dye and when I went home and used it it was black.

I love coming here. Employees are always very friendly and helpful if I have questions. There are always good sales too! Highly recommend for those who are interested in doing at-home hair cuts, dyes, nails and what not. I have never been let down and look forward to coming back!!

I've been going to the location for about 7-8 years now and I never have a bad experience. I went in there today for help with what I needed to dye my hair red and pink. The lady was more than happy to help me and helped pick the items for me. Usually I'm in and out since I do my hair often but the last few visits I've picked the staffs brains and they're really helpful
