I sent an email about the product twice. I never got a reply from the customer service. Beware. They don't bother answering and that means you are out of service. You will be ignored.

I've been a patron of Cosmetic World since 1981. There is nothing you can't find in this hair care heaven. From vintage products to cutting edge newest products out there. It's astounding how many different products they carry in one store. It's the best one stop shop for hair stylists and hair fanatics like myself in Toronto. Nowhere else in the city compares. The lovely and ageless Mrs. Moon ( the owner) is always on hand to help and if she can't one of her friendly, knowledgeable staff will. Highly recommend. Always a great experience.
