Had the worst experience with the haircut! Would never recommend anyone to come here for a haircut at all. They ruined my hair so bad! I feel so bad. For $75 i would have actually gone to a known and a better place and got my hair done from a senior hair consultant. I trusted them with my hair, and they just spoilt my whole look and feel! WORST!! Worst!! WORST!!!

Last week ; I came to one of your location in Eaton Centre; I was looking a hair repair product for my damaged from previously highlights and from curling iron . Nancy; she recommended this product called K18 treatment for my damaged hair; at first I was a bit skeptical to purchase it ; cuz of the price. But she convinced me that she had been using it on her hair, and it helped her split ends hair , and bring it back to healthier hair. Ive tried it; it really works, Im really satisfied with my purchase and I love this K18 treatment. Thanks again Nancy for your great recommendation!!!

I love to shop in Eaton Centre. Nancy is the best sales person. She is very very knowledgeable and professional. I always ask her advices for hair products and she always gives me right product to my needs. So I purposely go there to buy product from Nancy.
