Paul offered his help when I came into the store and he has been the most incredible. it really felt as he was trying to help you and no to sell another item. My wife and l ended up making a refundable reservation for one of the mattresses he showed us and have been very please with the experience. Updated a few days later: We came to the store today as we had some seconds thoughts about the mattress. This time we had a pleasure of conversing with Michelle and she was incredibly helpful, positive and professional. We ended up leaving having purchased the mattress in a larger size!

My girlfriend and I worked with Paul to try and select the right mattress for us. Paul was very helpful in educating us in sleep environments and mattresses. We had no idea there were so many important things to consider! Very glad we stopped in.
