Folks were very friendly and helpful with identifying my issue with cleats/pedals. They gave me options instead of just pushing the most expensive item. Also really like the selection of items they have and the location is pretty convenient.

I've had a mixed bag of experiences from staff here. Some staff are good but the Asian guy who works here always seems to be moody and irritated at questions. Edit: oh great, they respond by virtue signalling instead of actually addressing their issues

I was hoping to have found my new go to for bike repair and additional purchases but after receiving work that didnt seem worth the price, I dont think Ill go back. When I first went to the store, I was greeted by Greg who was friendly and knowledgeable. My main issue with my bike was the seat and tire pressure but I was advised to go with a basic tune up, I accepted. When I returned a couple days later to retrieve my bike, I was greeted by someone else (I dont know his name). My bike wasnt thoroughly wiped down and overall it seems that the bare minimum was done. I asked the man who said he serviced my bike, if he wiped my bike down thoroughly after noticing it was still dirty and he said in a nonchalant tone that some places were hard to reach. Those spaces are easily accessible. I paid $100 hoping for good customer service but Im disappointed to say I didnt find it here.
