        I just visited this location to get some information about their electric bikes. They don't have any idea about their policies for return, exchange etc. They don't even know how to sell their products either. Poor customer service.

        The customer service here was excellent. I took advantage of a Summer discount and got a great deal. Definitely check this place out if you're looking to get an e-bike in Toronto.
