        Unfortunately I am disappointed with the clinic, I sent the required form and requested an appointment On Jan.24, after almost three months and despite numerous follow ups via emails and voice messages they didnt get back to me.

        Clinic took about a month and a half to get back to my e-mail and phone calls. Doctor sent the referral at the end of February and the clinic let me know in April that they never received a referral. Granted the clinic is currently trying to resolve the issue, but the wait time for communication could be improved.

        Had my procedure done yesterday. Very happy with Dr Bertucci. Top knotch professional, confident in his delivery, knowledgeable, assertive. We chatted during the procedure and he got my mind off of it.

        Great location and easy to find. Waiting area could use a personal touch. BOTH doctors were pleasant and to the point. The male doctor was patient and answered questions. Procedure was relatively quick. Down time was minimal.
