We celebrated my son and daughter-in-laws wedding at Clunys.The food was sublime, the drinks were crafted with care and attention to detail, the staff went above and beyond to make the day as amazing as it could be. The charm of the decor added that special touch. Thanks all at Cluny Bistro for adding to the magic of the day.

Awful service - waiter abandoned us and only focusing on collecting his tips. Never refilled our drink properly, but instead took away our glass. Complained to the restaurant and they were just indifferent, no action whatsoever. Never going back to this place.

Visited Cluny for my anniversary this weekend. The restaurant is gorgeous with delicious food, but the service did not match this energy. When we arrived at the restaurant, the host seated us at the wrong table and made us backtrack to where we came from. I didnt mind, but it came off unprofessional, especially because she didnt bother to apologize. Once we were seated, the service was fine. Our waiter was pretty attentive in filling our glasses with water. However, when I tried ordering a drink, he was kind of rude when he let me know that the drink was unavailable. My boyfriend and I ordered different drinks, instead of the one we really wanted (with the missing beverage component) and both were way too sour. They did not taste good (tip: avoid the mocktails). For dinner, we ordered the steak frites which were delicious. However, closer to the end of our visit, our server paid us no attention. He didnt even offer us the dessert menu, nor did he ask if we were celebrating anything special- which I heard him ask all of the tables in his section. Once he cleared our plates he literally did not return to our table. He was too busy serving the table beside us. Probably because they were ordering expensive wine and dishes It leaves a bad taste in my mouth that our server treated the table next to us much better, as they were ordering expensive food. He had several opportunities to rectify the situation. For example, had the chance to ask if we enjoyed our meal, thank us for dining at Clunys and say bye but he didnt. He quite literally ignored us. Instead, the manager took care of us and gave us our bill. He was much nicer than our server. Overall, if youre looking for a place to celebrate something special- Clunys is a good option but dont expect good service as the servers play favourites with the customers who are big spenders. On another note, we checked out the bakery next door, since we were not offered dessert. The lady with the black hair who worked on Friday, April 21st in the evening was so pleasant and friendly :)
