I agree with all the comments: a unique gem for design / architecture books and that customer service could be better. The gal who I had asked help from today, Oct 27, 2022 at around 2:45pm to test the Blunt umbrella and Segrid wallet had her eyebrows furrowed the second time I asked for help coz some of the items are locked in a glass cabinet. For context, the items for sale have special mechanisms that are best appreciated by actually testing them out. It wasnt busy at the store but she seems to be pressing something at the cashier screen by herselfeither way, no customer should ever feel like they are bothersome to the staff. Anyway, I left with a unique Baggu 3D rainbow spiral 3-pack bag so Im happy. This is my second time at the store. First time is ok; they let u roam around privately.
