These people live in their own little world. For example, there are some Chinese dialogues on cassette tape for foreigners learning the language, and they expect someone to pay $45 for it. It has probably been on that shelf for 30 years. Likewise, there is a shelf full of computer books for Windows 2000 and other software thats been outdated for decades, which should all get thrown in the garbage. Reams of smut as well, some of which probably dates back to the '90s. That said, they do have some decent books, though theyre certainly not cheap. Pretty much everything is in traditional Chinese. The store has stationery, calligraphy stuff, childrens books, and knickknacks as well.

Excellent only remaining HK style bookstore and stationery shop in Chinatown downtown. Full of out of print vintage titles for books and magazines. Good selection of vintage unique stationery items and gifts. I always make a stop inside and always find something to buy - although I think I have cleared out everything I would like to buy on the main floor. Would love to see what is inside the basement !
