I have been working with Bryan since the beginning of 2023, his framework and knowledge of the trade has helped progress me from a tradesman to a better business owner. He has practical knowledge and has given me clear insight on how to better systemize my business helping me from being reactive to proactive. Working with Bryan has been terrific over that past year and I would highly recommend working with him. Company growth, development of systems + operation and most importantly a shoulder to lean in on is what I needed when we first started working together. I have been working with Bryan for roughly six months now. The company was growing aggressively prior to his guidance, but with his help it has allowed us to continue growing in an aggressive, yet controlled manner. As business owners and entrepreneurs we're often responsible for a wide range of items that require skillsets that don't always come easy. I sometimes gravitate away from tasks I'm not as well suited to so Bryan has helped me get stronger in these areas. Gaining a better understanding of our finances and having metrics to shoot for has been incredibly helpful as well. The other things that has had a large impact is the ability to tighten up operations in the present while looking ahead long term in order to plan the new puzzle pieces that will be required to meet our goals.
