Urban Fare Food Shop

Have had events and attended events catered by Urban Fare. Staff have always been wonderful and attentive. (Last one was David and Alysia) Food has always been fresh and delicious. I would and will use them again anytime.

They do not treat their employees well. I worked for them for 2 weeks when I was 18 years old, and in hindsight I was treated with very little dignity or respect. I had to find new employment when they cut my hours without any notice. But I wouldnt even say the owners of Urban Fare were particularly worse than many of the indignant employers in the food service industry. I wish their business well, but every restaurant owner who does not put their labourers first deserves a 1-star rating until the culture of the industry changes.
