Our party was a huge hit with Half Shell Catering! I booked Chris for my partner's 40th birthday party and his presentation and offerings were outstanding. Many guests - who were not oyster fans - were won over by the quality and freshness of what was offered. The sauces were absolutely amazing and could not have complimented the oysters better! The presentation was also exemplary! 100% recommend and would 100% book again!

Celebrated my husbands 60th BD last night and adding an oyster bar was definitely loved by all our guests. Nick was super friendly, engaging and did an amazing job. The oysters were so delicious and fresh and all the sauces were amazing.

Half Shell Catering is awesome! Chris shucked for our private holiday party recently and the Oyster bar was a huge hit! The house-made sauces took it up a notch. Don't miss out!
