The service is amazing! I walked in with a phone that wouldnt let me tap or touch, and walked out with a fixed phone and a free screen protector. The guy is really sweet but very professional. I would 100% recommend if anything were to happen to your phone.

Cracked the back of my iPhone 13 Pro and they were able to fix it in less than 2 hours the same day and for 1/3 of the price from Apple retailers!! Highly satisfied with the service and repair.

Michel was super quick and easy to work with. He was the most reasonably priced across the city. Dont get sucked into those mall kiosks because he has your back.

After going to another repair place that did a subpar job, I looked around and finally found ProFix and I am extremely pleased that I did. Michel was very professional, explained what needed to be done and let me use a loaner with my personal SIM until my phone was ready for pickup. I understand why ProFix is so highly rated as the repair was done in great time, the price was extremely reasonable and he was very courteous. I feel like this shop went above and beyond for my needs and what they provided. If a repair is ever needed again I will definitely be coming here as well as recommending it to anyone who might also need repairs.
