very suspicious business to me. Right off the bat I didnt feel good about this place since they would talk in their own language while looking at you and offering you something.They sold me an account with many so called promotions without them being able to explain the promos and I ended up not getting promotions balance anyway. When I asked them the month after, all I got was some gibberish. On top of all this,I would get random emails that I have referred someone to freedom.(they were basically using my account to refer people to freedom)I raised the issue to freedom and they noticed what I paid initially to store was much more than what freedom received. Hopefully freedom can ban this store from selling their services.Avoid at all costs!

Poor and offensive costumer service. The person in charge was not wearing a mask (at the time of writing this wearing masks is mandatory); and most offensively, he started discussing my business with his FRIEND who didn't work there in a different non-official language, and laughed at me. This is the kind of behavior we should not allow in Canada.
