The shop is hidden upstairs inside the loblaws, past the checkout counters. Like other reviews said, my issue was the wait time, but it couldn't be helped by the 1 staff there who had to help several people. I had made an appointment online, but was slightly late and was preceded by other customers. When I finally talked with staff, Hossan was very polite and helpful, he seemed to really know all the options and he cares to help you pick the best options for yourself. I'll be sure to come back here for any new phone or accessories only because I know I can trust the staff's advice here

Worst experience ever! Upgraded to a new phone. The sales guy said will get the phone in 2 days. It has been 7 days and kept calling them and getting awful responses, like 'we don't know ' , ' try contacting the storage location' ' it is holiday season ' . The management seems utterly cut off and there is 0 accountability. I have 14 days from the date of purchase to decide whether I want to keep the new phone. Imagine already 7-8 days are gone, it seems like a dirty trick so the customer doesn't get the time to evaluate the new purchase! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, CAUSE THESE GUYS JUST DON'T CARE

Showed up around 6pm and the shop was already closed for the day saying they'd be open at 10am. I was told by the staff at the customer service desk that they often leave early without saying anything.
